Jeff – Nasty Attitude Meets World

Once upon a time at a workplace, a man who delusionally thought he walked on top of water was hired. An ego so large, it was amazing how it could navigate door frames. Waves of misogyny at a pungent level to gag a human five feet away. Unsurprisingly stuck to male dominating industries. Best way to get testosterone boosters is osmosis. Cognitive challenges and an ability to be wrong about any subject matter he wore proudly.
When one elects to be the most arrogant and repulsive in any room. It stands to reason, that they have no ability to recognize they aren’t admired, respected, and are mocked by all. Taking those out in the open insults as compliments. Being nasty, to be nasty and think you are the smartest human to walk the earth in your own delusional world – is a choice. When a family makes the decisions to disown someone, there is always a reason.
Jeff walked away from millions. His family didn’t listen to him, if they had he would be in charge. When you find out that his family was highly degreed and the business was going strong, maybe they did need him to save it (said no one ever with a fully capacity brain). One of the most prominent feelings of repulsion.
When a Nasty Attitude Meets World monster in a workplace is hire or left unchecked for years causing unnecessary drama – it’s a problem. One that a company needs to handle.
Incorrect and inaccurate information spread (against the business) to employees and clients is never a good job – well done moment. Warped reasoning given at a meeting table (resighting off phone from a Google search not related to what they just said), with other’s who are experts. Sexual harassment claims from males and females – validate. False sales promise – costing the company thousands of hours. Encouraging employees to sue the company. All their work is problematic. When angry will physically throw items and the other person. These are all behavior traits and none of them are allowed in the workplace.
Monsters, like Jeff, can be found in most workplaces. They are toxic and are not valuable talent. Which is why, at first sight of one of these traits, the company needs to terminate. A nasty monster left to thrive creates a hostile environment for those who need to work with them and those who constantly clean up the mess left.
These monsters operate by imparting fake gossip and false narratives, and will always control another person, especially owners with rank fear, threats to leave and take all the business.
Threatens lawsuits against HR, because they should be able to violate employment laws and policies. Sexual harassment is bogus, those seven (7) males or females, employees and clients couldn’t take a joke or get accidently touched on a body parts. Insulting someone who is unattractive isn’t insulting them and they should already know they are ugly. Businesses don’t have overhead, it’s pure profit and this company is making a killing – renegotiate your contract. Instructing employees who were terminated for valid violations of policy that they were illegally fired by HR and should sue. Demanding to be paid overtime, because it’s illegal for exempt salary employees to would over 40 hours.
Most wonder why companies keep these non-performing troublemakers – it’s because the one in charge of them is on the same page as them. They might not be doing the actions, like sexual harassment, but they will protect the individual.
When Nasty Attitude Meets World finally moves on its a complete burn-job that takes out more than bridges and confidential information, like clients’ contacts. That protector, who was warned multiple time, will be shocked, angry at the people who warn him and still think highly of the narcissist.
